It is very unfortunate for the New patriotic party, especially the Nana Addo led government to devalued and disregard the efforts of His Royal Majesty Otumfour Osei Tutu( II) the Asantehene and other prominent chiefs and traditional leaders who has greatly followed the traditional procedures leading to the successful eskinment of a new Yaa Naa in the Dagbon state which has obviously brought peace to the good people of northern region.
The Asantehene who has spearheaded affairs for the funeral of the late Yaa naa Yakubu Andani to be performed and also to eskin a new yaa naa is not recognized by the Npp government.
Officials in the NPP government always keeps singing praises to Nana Addo who has no influence in the instalment of the new yaa naa and therefore the restoration of peace in the Dagbon state.
Communicators of the NPP intentionally refused to inform the public on the brains behind the restoration of peace in the northern region but rather taking the credit of the Asantehene and Nananom to President Nana Addo.
The NPP government is already taking the historic event at the Dagbon state as an achievement of theirs, which is extremely unfortunate.
The chiefs and traditional leaders of this country must not be taken for granted by Nana Addo and the Npp, their tireless efforts in restoring peace in the Dagbon state is well emulating and satisfactory, and the Ghanaian people are happy and grateful for that wonderful and historic achievement.
The legacy of the Asantehene and other prominent chiefs of this country will forever remained in the Dagbon state, for bringing the long awaited Peace to our brothers and sisters in the northern region.
I will compliments the Asantehene for his fairness, bravery, boldness and firmness in making sure our brothers and sisters in the northern region can now have peace of mind to live.
I will also thank him, for clearing the Waves which I have watched in a video trending viral on social media, that, no political author pressured or influenced him to restore peace in Dagbon state, he started putting up efforts to resolve the issues of Dagbon state, since Attah Mills, John Mahama and current Nana Addo administration, and none of the Presidents has contributed or helped him to get this done, he followed the traditional procedures, he does extensive consultations, he collaborated with other traditional authorities for the successful restoration of peace in the Dagbon state, since there was no political influence, I think there should not be any credit for any political party, if there is, it should be given to both the NDC and NPP, both parties intervene to help speeds up the work of the committee chaired by His Royal Majesty Otumfour Osei Tutu II in restoring peace at the Dagbon state.
The Npp should respect our traditional authorities and also learn how to give credit where it is due.
I will also urge them to wake up and deliver on their mouth watering and sugar quoted promises which could possibly convinced a dwarf to follow one from the bush to town, so that they can claim credit for that, and also relate them as achievement, they should allow the Asantehene and the traditional authorities in this country to take the credit for the successful restoration of peace in the Dagbon state, because it is theirs.
If they don't have any achievement to talk about and to boast of, they should leave that of the traditional leaders for them.
I will end here by congratulating the new yaa naa His royal Majesty Yaa naa Abukari Mahama II and the people of Dagbon state, and the entire people of northern region for the successful restoration of peace.
I will also thank and commend the Asantehene His kingship, Otumfour Osei Tutu the( II) for taking this bold decision in collaboration with other traditional authorities to safe lives and strengthen peace in the Dagbon state, they deserve all the praises and credit for this historic event.
The peace restoration in the Dagbon state is never the achievement of the NPP, and every citizen in this country should treat that contemptuous.
