PIERRE-EMERICK AUBAMEYANG admits he wants to AVOID Chelsea if Arsenal get to the Europa League final.
The Gunners striker scored a key late goal against Valencia on Thursday night to secure a 3-1 lead ahead of next week’s semi-final second leg.
If Arsenal finish the job they could meet London rivals Chelsea, who drew the first leg of their semi with Eintracht Frankfurt, in the final in Baku on May 29.
But asked if he fancied an all-Premier League clash against Maurizio Sarri’s men, Aubameyang said: “No! I don’t want them. We know they’re a great team.
“But hopefully first we will go to the final and then I prefer to play Frankfurt because we’ve already played against Chelsea.

“I know Frankfurt are really good and if we both go through to the final it will be a hard one.
“Hopefully we will reach the final and win this cup because it’s our target since the beginning of the season. So hopefully my goals will give something for this season.”
Arsenal survived a real scare against Valencia, giving up an early away goal and almost conceding two more before battling back with a brace from Alexandre Lacazette and Aubameyang’s late strike.
The pair now have 43 goals between them this season, with Aubameyang leading the way in the Premier League with 19, just three behind Mohamed Salah in the race for the Golden Boot.

Chelsea secured a 1-1 draw at Frankfurt and are favourites to reach the Europa League final
And the Gabon star is urging Unai Emery not to rest him against Brighton tomorrow so he can try and chase down his Liverpool rival for the award.
Aubameyang said: “It’s a tough battle. We have great strikers in the Premier League. Hopefully they won’t keep scoring. But I am a guy who is confident and I know that I can do it.
“If I don’t, no worries, that’s no problem. But still two games to play in the League so I have my chances and why not?
“All the games now are important and I hope that I will play all the games. But the coach will decide what to do for the team.
Aubameyang and Lacazette both scored on Thursday as Arsenal romped to a 3-1 win over Valencia
“When I won the Golden Boot in Germany two years ago, I won it in the last game. Me and Robert Lewandowski were level on 30 goals and on the final day I scored a penalty so I was really happy!”
Arsenal and Chelsea both turn their sights back to a top-four finish this weekend, but meeting in the Europa League final would provide Petr Cech with a fitting finale to his career.
Gunners keeper Cech hangs up his boots this summer but admits he would love to sign off by facing his old club in Baku.
He said: “It would be like a circle ending! My first match for Arsenal was against Chelsea, the last one of my career again? Why not!”
